Supply Chain Transparency
Part of why our business model saves you so much money is because of our lack of inventory. When you place an order, we will manufacture the tires per your request, and then ship them to the US. Our tires are made from American compound materials (unlike most "made in America" tires). Built through a controlled, direct manufacturing model with strict quality oversight and consistent production standards. We designed the compounds used in these tires, and as part of our contract, we have the exclusive right to distribute them at a discount in the US under the Road Knight name.
Lead Times
After your PO is confirmed and accepted, you will wire funds to us to activate your order. The date funds are received is when the clock starts. We have a 4-week average turnaround time, no matter what the size of the order. Then you should expect an additional 4 weeks for shipping. All in all, you should expect a 60 day turnaround time.
Expedited delivery may or may not be available for an extra fee on a case-by-case basis.
